What is covered?

Any defect in your new Wyatt Horse, Stock, Utility and Cargo units with the exception of brakes, tires, accessory batteries, and paint chips caused by road or animal hazards.

For how long?

Three years from the date of purchase.

What will Wyatt do?

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, Wyatt at its sole discretion, will:

- Correct the defective work or replace the defective part on a no-charge basis.

- Wyatt may, at its option, require the defective part or trailer to be returned to the plant in Texas for repairs. All transportation charges in connection with a warranty claim will be the sole responsibility of the trailer owner.

What is not covered?

- The warranty does not cover modifications, additions or accessories added to the trailer after the trailer has been shipped, unless such modifications, additions, or accessories are approved in writing by Wyatt.

-This warranty does not include normal wear items such as brakes, tires, accessory batteries, and paint chips caused by road or animal hazards.

-Damage or loss caused, in whole or in part, by failure to check torque lug nuts properly.

-Damage or loss caused, in whole or in part, by accident or negligence or by the abuse, misapplication or misuse of the trailer or any of its component parts.

-Any transportation charge to or from factory

-Damage or loss caused in whole or in part by prolonged exposure to salt air, road salt, animal excretions, acid rain, industrial fallout, or acts of God or nature that are uncontrollable.

-Liability in tort, or in any other legal theory, incurred as a result of any defect, to include loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, or any other fees incurred by the purchaser.
